Trading has its own eligibility.

Ticker does not apply an app-wide U.S. trading ban. Each issuer sets the rights and restrictions for its tokens. A token appearing in Markets does not mean it is available for you to trade. Your exact token’s ticket checks admission and account eligibility before a quote.

Eligibility is decided per issuer and per person. The same company can have one issuer’s token you are eligible for and another’s you are not, and the ticket for your exact token is the only place that answer is given. Nothing is ever swapped for a token you did not choose.

The reviewed xStocks products exclude U.S. persons and people in the United States. Other issuers have their own reviewed country and person policies, which we record with the evidence for each one.

Buying stock tokens isn’t available to residents of Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia or Syria, or of Crimea, Sevastopol, or the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia or Kherson region of Ukraine. Anyone who already holds tokens bought on Ticker can still sell them.

If your country is not offered on a trading ticket, that token is not currently available to you. Use your actual residence and person status.
